❌ Non-Eligible Returns

• Change of mind or incorrect ordering
• Opened, used or tampered products (unless proven damaged or expired)
• Items purchased during sales, promotions or discounted campaigns

📋 How to Request a Return?

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

   • Order Number
   • Clear photos/videos of the damaged, leaked, or expired product
3. Our team will review your claim and, if approved, guide you through the return process.

🔄 Replacement Process

• Once the return is approved, we will send a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.
• We do not offer refunds under any circumstance.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Product to us. You should send the Product at the following address:
